These units will replace 400 older units and will reduce significantly the average age of the tractor fleet. The balance of the units will increase the fleet, in response to demand for the Company's services in the north-south lane, between Canada, the U.S. and Mexico. Additionally, the Company is taking delivery of 1,300 new 53' air-ride trailers. These units will be leased from TIP, Inc., a GE Capital Company, and are being built by Ramirez Trailer Corporation of Monterrey, Mexico. These units will replace older units in the fleet.
