Cegetel complete one of the world-first GPRS-calls with Nokia over a public network in Paris.

Cegetel, one of the leading mobile operators in France has completed the first GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) The first high-speed digital data service provided by cellular carriers that used the GSM technology.
