Cedric Kushner Promotions, Inc. (``CKP'') (OTCBB:CKHP - news) has announced that it's wholly owned subsidiary, Cedric Kushner Boxing, Inc. ("CKP"), will present, in association with Team Freedom and Gary Shaw Promotions, a rematch of the fight touted as last year's "Fight of the Year." The internationally televised event on Showtime pits former Olympic gold medallists and former WBA World Champion, Joel Casamayor (30 -0-1-19KOs) against former World Champion Diego Corrales (37-2-0-31KOs) in a fierce 12 round battle at Foxwoods Resort & Casino on March 6, 2004. CKP and Team Freedom promote Casamayor.
