NEW YORK -- Cedric Kushner Promotions, Inc. ("CKP") (PK: CKHP) has announced that it has formed a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Ckrush Entertainment, Inc. ("Ckrush"). Ckrush will focus on film and television. The formation of Ckrush reflects the Company's strategic business plan to expand its position in the entertainment industry.
