NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 13, 2004

Cedric Kushner Promotions, Inc. ("CKP") (OTCBB: CKHP - news) has announced that it will promote a Showtime network event April 15th, 2004. This event will be part of the Showtime "ShoBox" series. The Main Event will feature highly regarded Swedish heavyweight Attila Levin (29-1 23KO) vs. big punching Jeremy Williams (40-4-1 35KO). Both Levin and Williams are promoted by CKP. Levin vs. Williams will be one of the heavyweight division's most compelling upcoming matches. The event is scheduled to take place at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City.
