Cedar Valley Business Executive and Philanthropist Offers Scholarships in Hopes of Building Local Workforce.


WATERLOO, Iowa Waterloo is the county seat of Black Hawk County, Iowa, United States. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 68,747. Wasendorf, Sr., has awarded one year, full-ride scholarships to two students at Hawkeye Community College Hawkeye Community College (HCC) is a community college, with its main campus located just outside Waterloo, Iowa.
