The only thrill ride deemed wilder then GhostRider by A&E was 310-foot-high Millennium Force at Cedar Fair's flagship Cedar Point amusement park and resort in Sandusky, Ohio.

The annual ranking, part of A&E's weekly "Top 10" series, is determined through extensive onsite research by a selective panel of independent roller coaster and thrill ride enthusiasts and experts. This year's ranking was announced during the June 24 episode of "A&E Top 10."
