Under one agreement, the company will acquire, from Tele-Media Corporation (www.tele-media.com), approximately 19,000 customers in Kentucky, North Carolina North Carolina, state in the SE United States. Both acquisitions are expected to close by mid-year, at which point Cebridge will serve approximately 495,000 customers in 23 states - including the previously announced agreement to acquire nearly 13,000 customers from Thompson Cablevision.
