FileNET Corp. (Nasdaq:FILE), a leading provider of eProcess Management software solutions, will showcase its eProcess management products and introduce its Acenza(TM) eBusiness applications at the world's largest IT show, CeBIT, in Germany later this week.

The FileNET booth will also feature the FileNET/Vignette integration capability using FileNET's Panagon(TM) Content Services, Image Services and eProcess Services.

Together with ValueNET(TM) partners DD SYNERGY, ISR, Kasten Consulting, Kleindienst, KPMG, Phoenix Technology Group and Prodacta, FileNET will also be highlighting numerous industry-specific solutions for eProcess and eContent management in Hall 1, Stand 5a2.

CeBIT attendees will gain insight into FileNET's eProcess Management solutions, recently recognized as the leading product and application development platform for high volume Internet-capable workflow applications in the Workflow Comparative Study (2001 Edition) completed by Workflow and Groupware Strategies (W&GS).

Panagon eProcess Services allows organizations to create and manage high-transaction, mission-critical business processes in a dynamic Web environment. With a Web browser-based user interface, built-in eProcess applets, Web server components, and XML architecture, Panagon eProcess Services assures ease-of-use and scalable connectivity with employees, business partners and customers.

FileNET will also introduce its Acenza line of eBusiness applications. Acenza applications extend business processes and associated content across the Web in a variety of industries to provide increased operational efficiency. FileNET's first eBusiness application is Acenza Insurance.

This application supports the rapid deployment of Web-enabled claims operations, linking customers, agents/brokers and employees in shared processes and content. All Acenza applications will automate core front- and back-office business processes and systems, externalize these business processes to the Web and create and manage associated electronic content utilizing the latest Panagon eProcess and eContent Management technology.

The Acenza Insurance application is easily configurable to accommodate specific business requirements and is highly scalable to meet business growth.

The integration of FileNET's eProcess Management strengths with the personalization and information distribution mechanisms from Vignette will also be demonstrated. The integration modules will help organizations create easily and quickly deployed applications such as online loan processing.

These applications will integrate with a company's overall Web presence and infrastructure as well as other customer management and notification systems. -- ISR Information Products AG will be showing their product, eSolutions
APFlow, an Internet supported invoice auditing program based on FileNET's
eProcess Management suite. This product makes it possible to completely process
invoices in a matter of minutes. eMail connections and location-independent Web
access ensure a rapid distribution of the invoices to be audited to the right
people and provide for prompt post-processing per mouse click.

-- With practical applications for insurance, banking, commerce, public
utilities, logistics and public administration, Kleindienst Datentechnik will
show how documentation and content management can help organizations meet the
challenge for the Internet and eCommerce support. Their digital signature
solution allows files to be electronically signed and protected against
