Cdigix Announces Launches for Fall at Purdue, Tulane, Establishing Company as the Leading Online Media Provider to College Market.

DENVER -- Purdue and Tulane Students Now Have Legit Access to Music, Video Content Downloads

Cdigix, the leading provider of digital entertainment and educational media curriculum for college campuses, announced today that it has signed two additional college campuses, Purdue University and Tulane University, that will offer legal downloads of high-quality music, video and educational course materials to their respective students. These two educational institutions join Cdigix's existing roster of participating schools that include Marietta College, Ohio University, the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), the University of Denver, Wake Forest and Yale University. The Company now reaches more than 200,000 students at its eight schools and will announce several additional universities in the coming weeks.

Media services that will be available at these new schools starting this fall include: Ctrax, featuring nearly one million legally downloadable songs through a partnership with MusicNet, the leading online music service provider; Cflix, for broadcast quality video on-demand from leading film and TV content providers; Clabs, for educational media services providing access to required and supplemental course materials; and Cvillage, the Company's outlet for campus media distribution and community interaction. Cdigix conferred with each school to tailor its services to meet individual campus needs and is now working with these and several other educational institutions to roll out services for the 2004-2005 school year.

Standard Cdigix prices for campus students are $2.99 for unlimited tethered access to nearly one million music tracks with a Ctrax music service monthly subscription, or individual song downloads for 89 cents. Cflix entertainment programming will be available under a subscription model for $9.99 per month and $3.99 or $1.99 for individual movies on a pay-per-view basis. Clabs educational course curriculum is free to enrolled students, giving them convenient access to video and audio media content required to fulfill their coursework via their own computer, versus making a trip to the central campus Audio/Video lab. Cvillage is currently a complementary service to student users of Cdigix.

Cdigix is working in collaboration with industry leaders in the music, movie, education and technology sectors to promote its offerings to schools and students as a legal and cost effective way to access music, movie and educational media. MusicNet provides Ctrax with a subscription service and download store featuring nearly one million tracks, original programming, playlists and other features.
