The Harmony6000(TM) product family provides a carrier grade solution that enables enhanced services and new applications on both packet and circuit based networks. At the core of the platform is the Harmony6000(TM) Media Server, a high-density DSP (1) (Digital Signal Processor) A special-purpose CPU used for digital signal processing applications (see definition #2 below).
