 ObjectTeam for Shlaer-Mellor customers an easy upgrade path to Project Technology's BridgePoint tool set.

Starting August 1, 1996, all ObjectTeam for Shlaer-Mellor customers will receive their tool support services support services Psychology Non-health care-related ancillary services–eg, transportation, financial aid, support groups, homemaker services, respite services, and other services  from Project Technology. TeamPoint is expected to be available in early 1997 and will be provided free to all ObjectTeam customers receiving maintenance and support services. Lastly, new Cayenne Software customers interested in Shlaer-Mellor technology will be referred to Project Technology for education on the benefits of BridgePoint automation and the Shlaer-Mellor Method.

Practical Details

ObjectTeam for Shlaer-Mellor customers, which represent over 2000 licensed seats, will receive their support from Project Technology starting August 1, 1996. This transfer will occur automatically. TeamPoint development will start immediately and will be automatically sent to all customers on ObjectTeam maintenance when the product is available. Customers may convert license for license to BridgePoint at any time as long as they remain on maintenance.
