Caxton Names Feuerman to Top Equity Investing Position.NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 24, 1998--Caxton Corp., an investment management firm, has appointed Kurt A. Feuerman as head of its U.S. equity investing operations. Feuerman comes to his position at Caxton from Morgan Stanley Among Feuerman's responsibilities at Morgan Stanley was management of two top-ranked equity mutual funds, the Aggressive Equity Fund and the Equity Growth Fund. Both funds received 5-star Morningstar ratings and achieved returns from inception in the top 2% of all U.S. equity funds. Aggressive Equity was ranked No. 1 by Lipper Analytical among 1,330 growth funds for the period from March, 1995 (inception) to March, 1998. Feuerman, who received his BA from McGill University McGill University, at Montreal, Que., Canada; coeducational; chartered 1821, opened 1829. It was named for James McGill, who left a bequest to establish it. Its real development dates from 1855 when John W. Dawson became principal. , received an MA from Syracuse University Syracuse University, main campus at Syracuse, N.Y.; coeducational; chartered 1870, opened 1871.
