X Member Emporium(SM) to Provide Credit Union Clients With

High-Speed Dial-Up and ISDN Internet Access from iDigi

Cavion.com (Nasdaq: CAVN), a leading credit union business-to-business communications and Internet services company, today announced its e-commerce division, Member Emporium(SM), has entered into a multi-year agreement with iDigi Networks LLC for operational and infrastructure support for the launch of Member Emporium's discounted national Internet Service Provider (ISP) service for credit union members and employees.

The deal is expected to enable Member Emporium's credit union clients to increase their presence on the Internet by using the latest retail ISP technology. With the agreement, Member Emporium's credit union clients will be able to offer high-speed dial-up and ISDN Internet access to their members, which is intended to help credit unions maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace. The service includes direct links to individual credit union web sites and content.

Member Emporium provides credit unions and their customers with Internet-based e-commerce services, ISP services and discount shopping portals and merchandise. With the agreement, Member Emporium will use iDigi's technology, network and suppliers to provide member service, 24/7 technical support, billing, dial-up network management, multiple e-mail accounts and personal Web hosting for credit union members.

Credit unions that subscribe to Member Emporium's services can provide their members with product offers and hyperlinks to secure brokerage, insurance, online tax preparation services, online loan applications, form servers, Internet banking and bill pay applications. Member Emporium also allows credit unions to position their content adjacent to search engines, news, weather, travel and discount shopping content, enabling members to access their financial information alongside information most commonly sought by active Internet users. This information is displayed to credit union members each time they log onto the Internet.
