EUR Systems, a pioneer in innovative billing and revenue management solutions for the telecommunications marketplace, and Cavalier Telephone, a fast growing East Coast CLEC, today announced that Cavalier has completed implementation of EUR Systems' Aptis end-user product for its newest acquisition, Net2000 Communications, a Herndon, VA.-based carrier with approximately 100,000 customer lines throughout Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C.

The implementation took just under thirty days.
