U.S. market for over-the-counter securities. Established in 1971 by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), NASDAQ is an automated quotation system that reports on
 Bulletin Board under the symbol "CVOS."

Cavalcade of Sports Media Inc. has developed a programming network to broadcast vintage sporting events from the Golden Age of sports on a 24-hour, 7 day a week schedule.

Cavalcade's President, Edward Litwak, commented that, "This step should enable us to secure the public recognition and financial support to complete several years of development work with a fourth quarter programming launch."

Cavalcade will utilize its comprehensive library of sports programming featuring a wide variety of sports, including: professional baseball, basketball, football, boxing, hockey, auto racing, golf, tennis, soccer and wrestling, as well a college football, basketball and other sports.

Cavalcade's library of historic footage includes nostalgic sporting events and star athletes from the 1940s through 1979.
