Narrowing the gap between ideals and practice A series of
international conferences
The annual lofC conferences in Caux, Switzerland Caux is a small village in the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland. Looking out over Lake Geneva from an altitude of 1000 meters, the Caux conference centre of Initiatives of Change[1] can accommodate up to 450 people. , offer
opportunities to hear of intiatives already bringing change, and to
exchange experiences of hope. We will examine both the world we say we
want and the world we are creating. Each of us can take steps to narrow
the gap between our ideals for a better world end the personal, group
and national interests that often determine our actions.
