Causeway, known primarily for its expertise investing in international markets, has been developing U.S. equity market coverage since 2005, when the firm realigned its investment team's research areas to follow global sectors, rather than stocks from multiple sectors within a region or country. All members of Causeway's investment team now cover companies both in the U.S. and abroad, and the firm has been covering U.S. stocks in its global value equity institutional strategy for clients since December, 2006.

"In-depth knowledge of U.S. companies' competitive positioning and the global scope and expertise of our research allows us to capture the most attractive investment opportunities in any region," said Sarah Ketterer, chief executive officer of Causeway, the Fund's investment adviser. "At the same time that our research has demanded a global perspective, many of our institutional clients are taking a global approach in their equity allocations. We believe the most successful equity investors in the coming decades will be those able to research investment opportunities effectively across all markets worldwide."

The Causeway Global Value Fund will be managed by the same team managing Causeway's international value equity strategy: Ms. Ketterer, Causeway's president Harry Hartford, and portfolio managers Jamie Doyle, Jonathan Eng and Kevin Durkin.
