Caulfield to leave the Dales.


TV HEARTTHROB Maxwell Caulfield is set to quit Emmerdale after little more than a year.

Caulfield - who shot to fame in US series The Colbys in the 1980s - will leave in December in what show chiefs claim will be a "fantastic storyline Noun 1. storyline - the plot of a book or play or film

He said yesterday: "I can't believe how fast my year in beautiful Yorkshire has flown by.
