Cauldron Launches new Organic Products.The first organic sausages to be produced by Cauldron Foods, tel:0127 581 8448, Organic Glamorgan Leek leek: see onion. leek Hardy, vigorous, biennial plant (Allium porrum) of the lily family, native to the eastern Mediterranean and the Middle East. It has a mild, sweet, onionlike flavour. and Cheese Vegetarian Sausages, are being launched to add to their range of vegetarian sausages. They are also introducing Organic Falafel fa·la·fel or fe·la·fel n. 1. Ground spiced chickpeas shaped into balls and fried. 2. A sandwich filled with such a mixture. to add to their existing conventional Falafel. The Organic Glamorgan Leek and Cheese Vegetarian Sausages are made to a modern version of the traditional Welsh recipe using tofu tofu Soft, bland, custardlike food product made from soybeans.
