Cauldron Launches new Organic Products.

Hardy, vigorous, biennial plant (Allium porrum) of the lily family, native to the eastern Mediterranean and the Middle East. It has a mild, sweet, onionlike flavour.
 and Cheese Vegetarian Sausages, are being launched to add to their range of vegetarian sausages. They are also introducing Organic Falafel fa·la·fel or fe·la·fel

The Organic Glamorgan Leek and Cheese Vegetarian Sausages are made to a modern version of the traditional Welsh recipe using tofu tofu

Soft, bland, custardlike food product made from soybeans. Believed to date from China's Han dynasty (206 BC–AD 220), tofu is today an important source of protein in the cuisines of East and Southeast Asia.
 and ingredients that include Cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, leeks, onions, brown rice and rolled oats oats, cereal plants of the genus Avena of the family Gramineae (grass family). Most species are annuals of moist temperate regions. The early history of oats is obscure, but domestication is considered to be recent compared to that of the other .

Organic Falafel is made from an blend of organic chickpeas, onions and herbs to create a mildly spiced traditional Middle Eastern style snack. Ideal as a light meal served in pitta pitta (pĭt`ə), name used to refer to a genus (Pitta) of small, plump, brightly colored birds. The genus, including some twenty-three species, constitutes the whole of the family Pittidae.  pockets with sliced tomato and cucumber, Organic Falafel can also be served as a dip of minted yogurt or sweet chilli sauce.

The sausages will retail in packs of six and there are eight Falafel to a pack. All of Cauldron's products are GM-free, with their soya beans coming from fully traceable sources approved by the Soil Association.
