Geneva's powerful marketing capabilities will underpin Singlepoint's drive to maximise the value from its existing customer base and enhance customer loyalty for mobile services.

Singlepoint, the largest of the Caudwell Group companies, has grown rapidly over the past four years to become the largest independent airtime service provider in the United Kingdom with more than 1 million subscribers. Convergys' Geneva rating and billing software enables customer profiling and segmentation for Singlepoint and delivers flexible tariffs and discount options.
