Catwalk queen for a day; CHARITY: Cancer battler Sue stars in celebrity fashion spectacular.Byline: Sophie Cross A BRAVE cancer survivor strutted her stuff on the catwalk in front of a host of celebrities at a London charity fashion show. Sue Cressman, 50, took to the runway in Breast Cancer Care's 'The Show' on Thursday night as stars including charity patrons Geri Helliwell and Cherie Blair looked on. It was built in the 1920s on the site of the former London residence of the Dukes of Westminster, whose family name is Grosvenor. . The catwalk stars were transformed into stunning models wearing outfits by high-profile designers, with Sue's including 'Russian Doll' and 'Biker Chick' looks. Five-feet-tall Sue, from Solihull, said her modelling experience was "fantastic". "It was a bit daunting but I absolutely loved every second of it! "This was my way of giving back to the charity for the care and help that I had. "I was walking that catwalk with pride, to give encouragement to those currently going through what I went through." Sue was diagnosed with cancer aged just 33 when she discovered a lump in her breast. She went through a variety of treatments and spent time in a hospice. The event raised over pounds 400,000. Guests were treated to a performance from Brit award-winning singer-songwriter Beverley Craven, who was herself diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005.
