) a global software solutions company, announced today that is has formed a strategic alliance with an electronic transactions company, CardPlus Payment Systems. CardPlus provides advanced systems and services to middle market merchants for electronic payment by interfacing these services at the point of sale. Combined with the Catuity Loyalty Application, this will allow retailers to build compelling customer relationships through targeted rewards and incentives in real time, at the point of interaction.

CardPlus offers merchants a wide variety of services, including credit and debit card debit card, card that allows the cost of goods or services that are purchased to be deducted directly from the purchaser's checking account. They can also be used at automated teller machines for withdrawing cash from the user's checking account.  processing services, electronic benefits transfer services, consulting, system installations, custom transaction packages, and hardware and software for collecting payment.
