Catherine L. Stevenson Named Vice President-Controller At Viad Corp.


PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 15, 1999--

Robert H. Bohannon, chairman, president and chief executive officer, Viad Corp announces the promotion of Catherine L. Stevenson to vice president-controller. Stevenson joined the company in 1987 as manager of financial reporting and proceeded to positions of increased responsibility including assistant controller in charge of corporate and financial reporting. In April, 1999 she was named to her most recent position as controller.

"Over the years, Catherine has made an outstanding contribution to the financial reporting of our company," said Bohannon. "I am delighted to name her to a key vice presidency the office of vice president.
