Publicly accessible computer network connecting many smaller networks from around the world. It grew out of a U.S. Defense Department program called ARPANET (Advanced Research Projects Agency Network), established in 1969 with connections between computers at the
 Services throughout the Province of Sichuan, China.

The Company's local office along with its regional strategic partner, Sichuan Guo Xun Guo Xun (Chinese: 郭恂; Wade-Giles: Kuo Hsün, d. 75), was a military officer under the Han Dynasty of China. He was an associate general of Ban Chao, as he and Ban Chao were sent to the Western Regions for a diplomatic , is one of the major leaders in providing a multitude of value-added Internet services to its customers in Chengdu. Services include Internet dial-up, advanced messaging, Internet Fax/Phone, systems integration, Internet content and e-commerce solutions, and other advanced Internet features. Chengdu, the Capital City of the Sichuan Province, is one of the largest in population (9.8 million and nearly 100 million people respectively) and is located in the center of Western China. There are currently only five active Internet Services allowed to operate within the area. The Sichuan province now represents nearly 4% of the market in China, followed closely by Chongqing which has nearly 2% of the market.
