This notice formally exhorts these organizations to support CathayOne's e-stage.com website, which the Company is launching through its joint venture, the Capital Entertainment Company.

This follows directly from Mr. Yuanchao Li, the Vice-Minister of Culture, voicing his office's support, at the signing of the joint venture agreement between the Capital Entertainment Company and the China Cultural Information Net, or CCNT CCNT Constellation Communication and Navigation Transceiver  (www.ccnt.com.cn).

The notice informs the Chinese people The following is a '''list of famous Chinese-speaking/writing people. It also states, "Please be advised that all performing groups registered with the Bureau of Culture should cooperate with the Capital Entertainment Company, and provide their information after strictly checking the content."

This notice will ensure that all participants in the Chinese entertainment industry are informed of the estage.com.cn website, and will do their utmost to collaborate with the Company in making sure their information is available for publication. Knowing that their colleagues will do the same, they will use the website, and transfer their existing business relationships onto the web-based platform the Company has developed.
