Cathartes Investments Celebrates Groundbreaking at Boston's Newest State-of-the-Art Address for Telecom Tenants; Construction Begins at 150 - 200 Inner Belt Road, Somerville.

 Capital Management, broke ground today at 150 - 200 Inner Belt Road in Somerville to mark the construction of two new state-of-the-art office buildings. Totaling 385,000 square feet of space, this project is a speculative development designed to meet the needs of tenants with intensive telecommunications requirements - a first for the Boston area.

Somerville's Mayor Dorothy Kelly Gay, members of the Somerville Chamber of Commerce, community leaders and the Cathartes/AEW Capital Management team were joined by representatives from Greater Boston's telecom industry to celebrate this groundbreaking.

Mayor Kelly Gay stated, "It has been a top priority of my administration to encourage commercial development and I am especially pleased that Somerville is now being regarded as the new telecommunications hub.
