Catfish mania. (Whispers).

Perhaps you've noticed the space once occupied by Young's Catfish at 406 S. Louisiana St. in Little Rock is now the home to another catfish joint -- Casey's Catfish, owned by Benjamin Hillman of Little Rock.

The 2,175-SF eatery opened its doors Oct. 14, and Hillman's thrilled after two weeks of business. The restaurant brought in $2,000 more than he expected, Human said.

Casey's Catfish has four employees and seats about 50. The format currently is dine-in and take-out, but delivery is scheduled to begin in November. The restaurant offers salads, fried catfish and chicken tenders -- in Southern and Cajun-style batter -- as well as deserts and hot wings.

Hillman also has plans for two more restaurants in west and southwest Little Rock.
