Catering firms can get healthy; IN BRIEF.
SMALL catering businesses are being encouraged to sign up for a new
catering partnership pilot scheme to introduce healthy options to their
menus. Stockton Stockton, city (1990 pop. 210,943), seat of San Joaquin co., central Calif., on the San Joaquin River; inc. 1850. One of the fastest-growing U.S. cities during the late 20th cent., Stockton is an inland seaport located at the head of the San Joaquin delta. trading standards is launching the Healthy Choice
Partnership to encourage and help local caterers to produce healthier
menu items and to make it easier for their customers to eat healthily.
The pilot project starts on December December: see month. 2 with an introductory training
