Caterina Lasome, Doctoral Candidate, won first place in the
Computer Science and Information Systems category for her poster
presentation. The title of her presentation was, "Ethics and
ComputerMediated Communication in Nursing Middle Management."
EunShim Nahm, Doctoral Candidate, placed second for her paper
presentation in the Health Sciences category. The title of her paper
was, "Testing the Validity and Reliability of the Computer-Mediated
Social Support Measures: A Preliminary Study." Rebecca Roys, Chris
Maloney, and Kathleen McGrow also presented a poster at the Graduate
Research Conference. Rebecca and Kathleen are Masters students in
nursing informatics. The title of their presentation was, "Using
Wireless Technologies to Improve Infor-mation Flow for Inter-Hospital
Patient Transfers." Congratulations all.
