Catellus Announces Selection Of New Chief Financial Officer.

: CDX) today announced Stephen P. Wallace has been named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Wallace comes to Catellus from Castle & Cooke Homes, Inc., where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Castle & Cooke Homes, Inc. was a NYSE home builder and land developer that was taken private by Dole Food Company Dole Food Company, Inc. is an American-based agricultural multinational corporation headquartered in Westlake Village, California and is the leading grower and packer of such food items as bananas, pineapples (fresh and packaged), grapes, strawberries, and other fresh and frozen  in December 1994.

His past experience includes serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of A-M Homes, a privately held residential developer and mortgage banker as well as being a partner at Arthur Andersen & Company. Mr. Wallace is a Certified Public Accountant Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

In accepting his new position, Mr. Wallace said, "I'm extremely excited about the challenges that lie ahead.
