) announced today that it has acquired a $23 million ownership interest in The Parkway, an existing master-planned residential community located in Folsom, California Folsom is a city in California, United States. Folsom is most commonly known by its famous Folsom Prison, and is a thriving suburb of Sacramento. The 250-acre site has approvals for 1,600 residential units including single-family homes, townhouses, and apartments.
