Catelli Brothers and Advance Food Company Announce Distribution Partnership.

COLLINGSWOOD, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 9, 2003

Catelli Brothers, one of the nation's largest veal and lamb purveyors, has announced that it will partner with Oklahoma-based Advance Food Company to introduce a full line of frozen veal and lamb products for the foodservice marketplace.

Catelli Brothers and Advance will offer more than 30 frozen domestic milk-fed veal and American lamb products under the Vincello(TM) brand. The entire line will be supported by Advance's network of brokers and sales representatives.

Catelli Brothers' facilities will continue to process its fresh domestic milk-fed veal and American lamb products, while Advance will concentrate on the sales and marketing of frozen products under the Vincello(TM) brand.
