Catch Curve Executes Two More License Agreements to the AudioFAX Patent Portfolio.


ATLANTA -- Catch Curve, Inc., an intellectual property development and licensing firm, today announced that Open Text Corporation and iNuntius and Voicecom Telecommunications Communicating information, including data, text, pictures, voice and video over long distance. LLC - Logical Link Control
 (d/b/a Intelliverse(TM)) have taken licenses to the AudioFAX(TM) patent portfolio. Under the license agreements, the new licensees have obtained a non-exclusive license to use the AudioFAX technology. Specific terms of the license agreements were not disclosed.

The AudioFAX patents cover a broad range of inventions that incorporate fax store-and-forward technologies. These technologies are used in products and services such as fax-to-email, fax broadcasting, fax-on-demand and "real-time" fax over the Internet.

Since its inception, the AudioFAX Patent Licensing Program has licensed this technology to over 40 companies, including AT&T, MCI (1) (Media Control Interface) A high-level programming interface from Microsoft and IBM for controlling multimedia devices. It provides commands and functions to open, play and close the device.
