Catch Curve Executes Licenses with Fenestrae and Quadrant Software and Files Patent Infringement Lawsuit against Comodo Group.ATLANTA -- Catch Curve, Inc., an intellectual property development and licensing firm, today announced that Fenestrae Fenestrae (singular: fenestra) are small pores in epithelial cells to allow for rapid exchange of molecules between blood vessels and surrounding tissue. Catch Curve also announced today that is has filed a patent infringement lawsuit under the AudioFAX patent portfolio against Comodo Group, Inc. The suit was filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia serves the residents of forty-six counties. Catch Curve is seeking monetary damages for past infringement and an injunction to prohibit Comodo Group from continuing to infringe against the AudioFAX patents. The AudioFAX patents cover a broad range of inventions that incorporate fax store-and-forward technologies. These technologies are used in products and services such as fax-to-email, fax broadcasting, fax-on-demand and "real-time" fax over the Internet.
