Catalyst announces expansion of its distributorship network.

U.S. market for over-the-counter securities. Established in 1971 by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), NASDAQ is an automated quotation system that reports on
 EBB:CLYC CLYC Carlingford Lough Yacht Club (UK) ) announced today that it has presently, in the month of April, finalized relationships with several additional major distributors/retailers through out America for its' unique prepaid phone card/sweepstakes products.

Some of these new relationships that are either being shipped or are preparing to receive their initial orders are:

- Marshes Supermarkets & Marshes Village Pantries Village Pantry was founded as a convenience store chain division of Marsh Supermarkets, founded in Yorktown, Indiana, and currently headquarted in Indianapolis.

Village Pantry sells Marathon branded fuels, and have 148 convenience stores as of 2007.
