Catalyst Semiconductor Announces Appointment of VP Marketing for Its Analog/Mixed Signal Products.


SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- Catalyst Semiconductor, Inc. (Nasdaq:CATS), today announces the appointment of Scott M. Brown as the company's Vice President of Marketing for Analog/Mixed-Signal Products. Mr. Brown is a veteran of 16 years in the semiconductor industry, most recently as the Director of RF & Mixed-Signal products at Micrel, Inc.

His marketing skills and knowledge of the Analog/Mixed Signal semiconductor market will be a tremendous boost to Catalyst's capabilities," said Gelu Voicu, President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Brown has extensive experience in all elements of semiconductor marketing. He is deeply familiar with the analog and mixed-signal semiconductor markets, having direct experience of voltage references, voltage supervisors, display drivers, temperature sensors, USB USB
