Exploding Demand for Document Repositories to Manage Electronic Discovery and Regulatory Requirements Leads to Continued Growth for the Company

DENVER -- For the 3rd consecutive year, Catalyst Repository Systems has been named to Deloitte's prestigious Colorado Technology Fast 50 Program. The Fast 50 Program is a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, and life sciences companies in the state by Deloitte & Touche USA LLP, one of the nation's leading professional services organizations. Rankings are based on the percentage revenue growth over five years from 2002-2006.

Since 2000, Catalyst has been recognized nationally as a leading provider of secure web-based document repository systems for complex legal matters. Clients include many of the largest law firms, corporations and insurers in the world.

Catalyst's dramatic growth has continually outstripped the growth rate for the overall e-Discovery market. Socha-Gelbmann's 2007 Annual Electronic Discovery Survey calculated a CAGR of 49% from 2002-2006, less than half of Catalyst's 102% growth for the same period.

Using other companies' technology or intellectual property in a unique way does not qualify.
