Catalent Announces Additional Details of Agreement with Secure Symbology, Inc. to Provide Cost-Effective, Track and Trace Option for the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain.

SOMERSET, N.J. -- Catalent Pharma Solutions, the leading provider of outsourced clinical and commercial packaging services to the global pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, today announced further details of a collaboration agreement with Secure Symbology (SSI). Under the agreement, Catalent will have exclusive rights to utilize SSI's technology in the pharmaceutical contract manufacturing space. An earlier press release from SSI broadly outlined the agreement as including the development and commercialization of enabling technologies to improve the security of the pharmaceutical supply chain.
