Newbiggin and Whitley Bay Cibos were level at 2-2 after 90 minutes and still all square after extra time.

The game thus went to penalties, Newbiggin running out 4-3 winners.

Mortimer won 2-1 at New Delaval and Newsham, and Tynemouth Gunner won 4-0 at home to Monkseaton Black Horse.
