: ROX) plans to release its financial results for the second quarter of its fiscal year 2007, ended September 30, 2006, on Monday, November 13, 2006, after the market close.

Castle Brands will also host a public conference call and webcast on Tuesday, November 14, 2006, at 8:30 am ET during which its executive management will review and discuss these results.
