Phillip Frost, M.D. was not nominated for reelection due to the extensive nature of his other commitments, which would have prevented him from attending a number of the regularly scheduled meetings of the Board of Directors. Instead, Dr. Frost will continue to lend his expertise to Castle Brands as an investor and as special advisor to the Board. "I plan to remain very involved with Castle Brands and feel that I can serve the company more effectively as an investor and special advisor than as a director" commented Dr. Frost.
