The Real Estate Company Castellum has acquired six properties in southern Stockholm at a total of SEK SEK

Eklandia Fastighets AB has sold a larger residential property of 8,970 square metres and 141 apartments in the district Annedal in Gothenburg. This property was sold for SEK 83 million with a capital gain of SEK 21 million.

Fastighets AB Corallen has disposed of a fully let industrial property of 23,420 square metres in Hillerstorp in the municipality MUNICIPALITY. All the above mentioned transactions were concluded after the turn of the year.
