Its U.S. division, Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc., is a Delaware corporation, with headquarters in Malvern, Pennsylvania.  (Erlangen, Germany), today announced that they have entered into a long-term agreement. Effective immediately, CDI will be offering customers in Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, South Dakota South Dakota (dəkō`tə), state in the N central United States. "The success CDI has had distributing only a small portion of our products under the old agreement evidences their success. Siemens will provide full training for CDI's sales personnel, service engineers and other CDI employees.
