Cassling Diagnostic Imaging to Represent Siemens; CDI Selected to Distribute Products in Midwest.

Cassling Diagnostic Imaging (CDI), a leader in the medical imaging industry, and Siemens Medical Systems, Inc., the U.S. affiliate of Siemens Medical Solutions (Erlangen, Germany), today announced that they have entered into a long-term agreement. Effective immediately, CDI will be offering customers in Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, South Dakota and west central Illinois, products and services from Siemens Medical Systems.

Under the agreement, CDI will sell from the complete portfolio of products developed by Siemens Medical Systems, including positron emission tomography (PET), computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, vascular imaging systems, cardiovascular solutions, gamma cameras, radiation therapy equipment and more. CDI will also be servicing those products that are sold by CDI under the agreement. Earlier this year, CDI entered into a similar agreement for Siemens' women's health product line, mobile x-ray systems and c-arms, which will also continue.

CDI officials stated that the successful sales and increased demand for Siemens products lead to this agreement.

Siemens will provide full training for CDI's sales personnel, service engineers and other CDI employees.
