Casio recently unveiled its newest Privia Digital Piano. The PX-700 blends the lightweight, compact nature of a Privia Digital Piano with the traditional components of a traditional cabinet piano. This new addition to the Privia line is the first with an integrated stand and three pedal unit.

Privia digital pianos, the newest digital piano line from Casio, offer a second-generation spring-less hammer system similar to those used in grand pianos, resulting in a sound practically identical to a baby grand piano. The PX-700 also incorporates revolving high-volume box-type speakers underneath the keyboard, which can be turned to face either the player or the audience. Extensive research into furniture making has allowed Casio to develop a stylish looking piano with a sliding key cover in the compact nature of the Privia series.

The PX-700 comes with 11 tones, split/layer, digital effects and 60 built-in tunes. The lesson function can be turned on or off to create a better teaching environment and also includes MIDI in/out, headphone jacks and stereo speakers.
