NEW ORLEANS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 27, 2001

CasinoBuilders.com, Inc. (OTC: CSBD) announced the closing of its purchase of all of the outstanding shares of Computer Support Associates, Inc., a nationwide information technology ("IT") consulting firm based in New Orleans. Total consideration was not disclosed.

Computer Support Associates provides a complete range of IT solutions: consulting, networking, broadband and Internet Services, cabling, deployment, help desk and telephony services. CSA's customers include some of the nation's top online providers including BellSouth (BLS), COVAD (COVD), Adelphia, and EATEL. CSA uses its priority national network of qualified computer technicians and leverages this intellectual capital to be able to rapidly deploy a force of highly skilled and experienced computer technicians and consultants nationwide.

CSA's revenues for the FYE 12-31-2000 were $6,142,000, with retained earnings of $246,000. CSA was one of ten contractors recently awarded a portion of the $380,000,000 DSL 1 contract from the General Service Administration. The contract is part of the compliance under a recent government mandate to install Broadband service in all government employees' homes and offices. CSA is one of the leaders of all DSL installations in the United States, with over 90,000 successful installations completed.
