Casino Software Private Placement of $2.18 Million Completed by Deutsche Morgan Grenfell/C.J. Lawrence.

RICHMOND, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 13, 1996--CSCC Casino Software (VSE: CFA.) Casino Software Corporation today announced the completion of a sale of common shares in the corporation through a private placement in the amount of $2,179,250. The private placement which was arranged by the investment banking firm Deutsche Morgan Grenfell/C.J. Lawrence of New York, involved the sale of 947,500 common shares at a price of $2.30 per share.

In commenting on the placement, CSCC President and CEO Roland Thomas said, "We anticipate a continued relationship with DMG over the coming years." Thomas continued, "With the interest we are seeing for our products from major gaming markets, we are pleased to have a blue-chip investment banking firm like DMG helping to provide the capital necessary to grow and meet future demands."
