Casino Software Announces Milestone Exclusive Agreement with U.S. Based Shuffle Master, Inc.

) has finalized See finalization.  and executed a strategic technology agreement with Minnesota based Shuffle Master, Inc. (NASDAQ-SHFL) that immediately enhances the exposure for the Company's specialized gaming management software.

The agreement formalizes a letter of intent signed by both companies in March 1996 under which Casino Software will provide system interfaces and applications software for all models of Shuffle Master's highly reliable card shufflers.  to each other's products, and therefore Shuffle Master's systems will only integrate to CasinoWare(TM), and CasinoWare(TM) will not integrate to other shuffling systems.

Shuffle Master President Joseph Lahti noted, "This agreement with Casino Software Corporation will allow both companies to provide casino operators with valuable table productivity information using data that is already being captured by our shufflers. We believe that game management software such as Casino Software's will play an important role in the future of gaming."

Since their introduction in 1992, Shuffle Master deck shufflers have been shown to increase the number of hands played on gaming tables by up to 33 percent. Comparatively, Casino Software has demonstrated the only complete, fully integrated control solution for casino table gaming. Casino Software's product line CasinoWare(TM) has the potential to significantly increase the efficiency and security as well as the profits of casino table games.

In conclusion Thomas stated, "The combined resources and efforts of Casino Software and Shuffle Master will achieve a strong competitive position for both companies in the rapidly growing gaming industry."
