Casino Player Announces ``Best Of Gaming'' 1999 Reader's Poll Results.LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 28, 1999-- The "1999 Best of Gaming" results have been tabulated, and are released today in Casino Player's July 1999 issue, announced Casino Journal Publishing Group management. The "Best of Gaming" is a survey distributed to the nationwide subscribers of Casino Player and is designed to name the readers' top selections in gaming, hotels, restaurants, amenities and various elements of the industry. More than 7,000 Casino Player readers voted on such categories as "Best Overall Casino Hotel," "Valet Parking valet parking n.
