Casino Data Imaging Announces Personnel Changes; Company Launches WatchMe(C) Interactive Internet Support Program.

LAS VEGAS -- Casino Data Imaging (CDI), the leading supplier of slot analysis solutions, today announced several personnel and technology changes to better serve and support its expanding customer base.

The company today announced the promotion of Brian Horner to manager client support services. "Over the last four years, Brian has been involved in all aspects of CasinoCAD(C) installations, training and support. His background at CDI coupled, with over 20 years experience in slot operations, positions him well for this new role," said George Levine, CDI corporate spokesman. "Brian will be responsible for overseeing and directing CasinoCAD(C) installations, training, ongoing maintenance support and special support programs to CasinoCAD(C) clients worldwide."

The company also announced the additions of Marcel Renault and Gene Church as client support specialists. Their responsibilities will include CasinoCAD(C) training, help desk and interactive Web support. Prior to joining CDI, Renault utilized CasinoCAD(C) as the mid-south corporate analyst for Caesars Entertainment. With more than 18 years in the gaming industry, including four years as a CasinoCAD(C) user, Renault is a welcome addition to CDI's support staff.

Prior to joining CDI, Church was employed at Bally's Atlantic City as slot performance analyst. One of his primary duties was administration of CasinoCAD(C) for the Caesars Entertainment Atlantic City casinos, training users, and ensuring the timely delivery of monthly and yearly analysis reports and maps. His background in technical instruction and graphic arts lends itself well to his new position at CDI.

"With considerable expertise as casino analysts, plus former CasinoCAD(C) users themselves, both Marcel and Gene are outstanding additions to our team," said Horner.

CDI also announces the official rollout of its WatchMe(C) Internet Interactive Support Program. "Our ongoing mission is to provide value-added tools, techniques and technologies to constantly improve the support process," said Horner. "The effectiveness of WatchMe(C) allows us to meet a rapidly growing domestic and international install base." For training and trouble shooting, CasinoCAD(C) users log into WatchMe(C) and interact directly with a support specialist. The advantage of the program is its ability to allow clients and CDI Support to view, interact and control various aspects of the program. WatchMe(C) has also proven to be an effective tool for client/ CDI collaboration on new program features and reviewing new development.
